On Wednesday, October 2, 2002 we received a long awaited phone call from John Harrah of Harrah Family Services. He shared with us the news of our third daughter, He Yu Cheng, living in Sanshui Welfare Institute in Guangdong Province. She was born on March 2, 2002. We estimate her to be about three months old in the small photo to the right. Below are additional photos we received with our referral - she is five months old in these photos.
In late October 2002 Callee was placed in our arms and in our family forever. Callee took everything in stride without a whimper. We even had her smiling a bit the first morning. Here a just a few photos of our first day together - check out her Don King hairstyle.....
